The most up-to-date management systems ensure efficient management and control. DSOI with his partners has DOC Certificate for Ship Management from different administration and classification society.

Technical department bases its activities on close teamwork with its clients and partners, as well as holds close professional contact with external authorities and flag states. Currently technical department takes care of all vessels under our management plus other vessels of client companies. DSOI always uses most up-to-date IT tools to sustain efficient management and control. Moreover, Technical Department attaches great importance to the environment and safety.

We offer customers a tailor made ship management service to suit their specific requirements, including plan approvals, build supervision, sale and delivery and full vessel operational management incorporating crewing, purchasing, insurance, surveys and accident investigation. As part of our comprehensive ship management service, we allocate Technical Superintendents to groups of vessels to monitor the operation, performance and condition of the vessels by:

o   Regular condition assessments and performance monitoring

o   Planned and projected maintenance

o   Dry dock planning and supervision

o   Surveys, certification and vetting

In addition to the ship management services detailed above, our Technical Superintendents and Marine Consultants take care of repairs and dockings, new building, plan approval and supervision as well as Flag and Class liaison.

To ensure our seafarers and ship managers are provided with, and maintain the competence required to carry out their duties, we retain an in-house Fleet Training Manager. We can therefore provide clients with advice on both mandatory and non-statutory training, thereby fulfilling your specific ship management requirements.



Emergency Contingency Response Planning 14

Our Response Planning ensures ‘what-if’ scenarios (including media response) are considered and continuously exercised and evaluated. Regular table-top exercises are held, which involve both vessel and our designated crisis management team ashore. This ensures that all our teams are fully conversant with the response plan and can react, if necessary, to protect life, the environment and your asset.





Cargo Superintendence 15

Deep Sea Offshore International also specializes in cargo superintendence services, offering round the clock cargo superintendence for general cargo, steel and bulk cargo, LPG/LNG, Chemical and Crude Oil in Persian Gulf and abroad ports resulting in avoiding cargo claims.


Dry Docking Services

Deep Sea Offshore International has strong connections with number of dry docks and shipyards in and around UAE. It could help the ship owners to locate and book the most economical dry-dock for their vessels in advance saving time and money.


Ship Chartering/Brokerage

Chartering department is acting in highly competitive environment by providing simultaneously professional chartering and post fixture service to charterers, owners and traders. The company focuses on individual solutions which are composed to meet the demands and requirements of each individual client.

The main activity in the international market is maintaining powerful chartering and brokering, and aiming to fix the most competitive rates. Ship Surveys & Flag Inspections16

Deep Sea Offshore International represent various classification societies and flag states as exclusive and nonexclusive surveyors in IRAN and UAE ports. The company can handle all matters relating to surveys, ship and crew cortication etc.

Also the company can carry out pre-purchase condition, on hire, off hire, towing bunker quantity, ship and cargo damage surveys.
